How is the product shipped?
We use a direct shipping courier service to deliver the product. Most orders arrive via DHL. We allow the courier to leave the package at your door if you are not home (Unless being delivered to a unit or complex where this can not be done).
If you would like specific courier instructions to be added please call us on (09) 222 4593 (if you are calling within New Zealand), if you are calling internationally please phone us on +64 9 222 4593 and we will add a note on your delivery.
When can I expect the product to arrive?
Allow 2 to 5 working days from the date of your order.
What if I’m not happy with the product?
If you are not happy with the product, please contact us on 09 222 4593, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We provide a full refund of the product price within 30 days of you receiving the product. If you purchase with your Paypal Account, Return Shipping is Free, as per Paypals return shipping policy. For all other orders, you can choose for us to liaise your return. We charge a flat rate of $20 for return shipping, which you can choose to have debited from your refund, or pay for separately. We include a return bag under the blister box with every TV Voice Pro order. This means your return is ready to go, and ensures we receive the returned product in good condition. As we orchestrate the return, we can refund you straight away.

What is included in the TV Voice Pro Box?
The TV Voice Pro system is shipped with an Easy Set Up Guide to allow you to quickly set up the product to work with any TV. A complete manual and Certificate of Quality Check is included in the box. There are also two different size ear tips for you to choose from if you wish to change from the standard size ear tips attached to the headset.
Why can I hear noise around me when I use TV Voice Pro?
You may have accidently pressed the TALK function on the headset. If you have done this the light on the headset will turn blue. This means you have disconnected from the TV and are using the microphone function which enables you to chat to others in the room with the headset on. To reconnect back to the TV simply hit the TALK button again. We do not recommend using the TALK function for TV listening, as it is not intended for this purpose and will not deliver the correct sound quality.
What if I use Set Top Box or have Cable TV?
In most cases we still recommend connecting to your television itself, even if you are using a Set Top Box. You can however connect directly to your Set Top Box as an alternative.
Is there a guarantee on the product?
We provide a 12 month warranty on all TV Voice Pro products. This warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the product. All parts of the device will be replaced or repaired at no cost. (Excluding the plastic ear buds).
How does the product connect to my TV?
All televisions have access to either digital optical/coaxial or analogue audio outputs on the back of the television. Please review the “How to connect” section on the website for more detailed information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, money order, cheque, online payment via PayPal, EFT transfer.
Can TV Voice Pro be shipped internationally?
TV Voice Pro is currently shipped to Australia, New Zealand and the US.

What if I am buying TV Voice Pro for someone else?
